Aditi excels at taking prompt actions and delivering impactful results. During the time we worked together, Aditi was able to break down abstract business challenges and formalize those into tractable ML problems in stages. She was always curious to learn, proactively seeking and acting on feedback. She also went far and beyond, for example, by thinking ahead and proposing improvements for potential problems that the team might have overlooked. Her in-depth analysis demonstrated critical findings based on the ML model that she has developed, shading light on the way forward with personalization.
